Julep December Maven Box Choices

I'm so haaaapppppyyyyy. I told myself that I wouldn't spend money on myself because Christmas is around the corner and I like spoiling people I care about. This is why I'm glad I hoarded Jules since I became a Maven. Just look at my order - 

All of this for free! I only have 800 Jules left but SO worth it! I'm thrilled. Also, GWP? What is this gift with purchase they speak of?? Oh well, I'm excited!

Ripleys Aquarium of Canada

My parents planned a day trip for them, me and my boyfriend before winter started so we could have one last day of fun. My dad decided that we were going to go to the Ripleys Aquarium of Canada!! It is kind of pricey, but SO well worth it. Here are the few pictures I took with my crappy phone (as I'm slowly realizing I need to switch out to an actual smart phone..)

I wasn't even going to take pictures during this trip but this was such an incredible experience. You stood on a.. thing... and it moved you through the aquarium where sharks, fish, sting rays AND A FREAKING SEA TURTLE could swim above you and around you. My mom said it was "fishy heaven"... SO TRUE. I just checked the website and it's called a moving walkway, that's what brings you through this section of the aquarium. For info on that specific part (there's MUCH MORE), click here. 

I literally squeeled when the sea turtle swam beside me. It was a dream come true. I will never, ever forget this experience and I hope I can go back sometime! 

If you ever find yourself in Toronto, Ontario, visit! It's SO worth it! The website with ALL of the info is here, and you should totally check it out. Or have you been? Did you love it too? It's an ideal place for kids as well because there's lots of attractions and information for them!

Julep Kiki

I am finally tackling my large amount of untried Juleps and the first one I decided to use was Kiki. I chose it because it's snowing in Canada now and it seems like a wintery polish! (and my boyfriend chose it, too) I only have a phone picture because I'm falling behind in my life, so here it is!

The formula was incredible. It was a one coater and I barely needed clean up. It didn't streak or glop! I adore the colour as well. I definitely recommend this polish and I'm just totally in love!

Loo loo loo, Julep has a new mystery box, loo loo loo, I got it too!

I much prefer it over gold. THIS POLISH IS MY HEAVEN. I'm absolutely thrilled. That basically persuaded me to buy it itself, so it's like I get what I want and $140 worth of extra stuff. AH! :D

Julep November Maven Box

*EDIT* I began this post before realizing I couldn't access my pictures, I'm so glad it saved because I got them back!*

Happy daaaay! I already got my Maven box! That's record timing. I also got the new Shailene and my Trick & Treat mystery box yesterday, I took pictures of it, and then they got deleted. So.. yeah, I did get that (& the one I wanted!) Happy happy happy! I also sent out the RAOK's I've been planning so that feels good too! So onto my maven box.. 

I went downstairs, saw the beautiful pink box on the table, but restrained and went to go take a bath. Before my bath I checked my emails and voila - 

It's as if they knew my box was delivered today! Cool timing. I don't mind that it's not in my box, neither was the other mascara. I'm just glad they acknowledged it and did something about it! Okay NOW onto my maven box 

I am very glad that I got the Ultimate Upgrade because I love EVERYTHING! I can't wait to get my other eye liner and mascara because those are the makeup products I use the most. Julep, you did well this month! Thank you!

Camera Issues

Hey, so for some reason when I try to upload the pictures from my camera to my laptop it doesn't work. I've tried it on two different occasions and for whatever reason, they won't transfer. I'll be trying to fix it for a while but until then I'm not sure what to do. I guess I'll have to hold off on posting until I get it fixed or figure out what the problem is.
