Liquid Sky Lacquer Bri's Hella Holo Swatch

Hello,
This is the quickest I've ever changed a mani, but since I have time before work and my previous mani was quite awful, I decided to try a new polish! Liquid Sky Lacquer Bri's Hella Holo. Too bad it's not sunny today. Pre-clean up!
So obviously you can't see the holo too well. I decided to take a picture under my kitchen light!
It's SO GORGEOUS! Now about the formula. I'm not sure if it's because it's a mini, but it was very sheer. It took 3 coats (or two thick coats) to become opaque. It's fine with me though! I adore it! I'll try to take a picture whenever there's sunlight!

What's your favourite Liquid Sky Lacquer holo!?

Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Blue Blood Swatch - Create & Ornate Collection

Hey :)
Lots of free time, apparently! I did a new mani! I've been recently obsessed with Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear limited edition polishes, so when I saw a new limited collection, Create & Ornate, I immediately picked up two colours! Here is the one I had to use right away, Blue Blood. It is a dark midnight/navy blue and it has a matte effect.
For some reason, I totally suck at painting nails. So I guess matte effects should be steered clear from me. BUT I LOVE THEM, so I put up with my awfulness. I wish I would have known how the formula would be so I could have prepared better.
It looks streaky, and some parts are noticeably more blue than others (why does that happen?) but ignore that for a second.. LOOK AT THAT FINISH! It's stunning! A true matte.
So I honestly really love this polish even though I suck. And I really suck. I can't get enough of it! My only pointer to you is to apply it evenly and don't mess up like I did. It dried within minutes. I am probably going to add a glitter for at least an accent, so stay tuned!

Would you recommend this? If you love matte nails, yes!!

Julep Plush Pout Swatches + Review!

Hey!
I had a good day at work, AND I got the Magenta Plum in the mail, so I figured I'd do a review on the Julep Plush Pouts.
This is what the packaging looks like.
for more information such as ingredients and pro tips, go here

Now the colours!
Up first... Magenta Plum
You don't get too much product but a little goes a long way!
I really like this one because it feels "vampy" to me! Probably because I'm ghostly, but still!

Next is Cardinal Red
I'll be honest. I'm not really a fan of red lips on me, and this isn't an exception. (LOVE the colour though). It's probably because of my ghostliness.

Next is Aurora Pink
Okay so my lips got chapped by swatching so many colours on them, and there was a little red residue on the lips which is why it doesn't seem as bright pink. It's very bright, a gorgeous colour. It's a little too bright for my skin tone, though.

And finally....

This one has gotten the most love from me. I adore it, especially with a bit of Aurora Pink underneath!

(top to bottom: Magenta Plum, Cardinal Red, Aurora Pink, Almond Nude)

OVERALL REVIEW
While it may seem like I didn't have the best things to say about every colour, that is purely MY ISSUE. It has nothing to do with the product's freaking awesomeness. They smell like vanilla cupcakes (or birthday cake oreos) and they feel so moisturizing. I really, really love them and I'm really hoping they come out with more colours (which I *think* has been confirmed?) They should make a blue one and call it Aurora Blue (no? just me?)
Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend these! My only concern is if you don't like sweet scents, these might turn you off. I'm not exaggerating the slightest when I say it smells like vanilla cupcakes.

What's your favourite colour? Do you like the Plush Pouts? I sure do!  Buy them here!

New Julep Polish + Code!

Hello!
Once again, haven't been posting because of work. I missed quite a few things such as the release of Julep's mystery box, Trick & Treat Mystery Box. I ordered one (ugh, no self control) and the $9.99 mystery add on & $4.99 mystery polish. Have I not learned from previous times? apparently not. I am super excited to get it though, and a spoiler has been released on Evolution of a Foodie here. Julep HAS stated that it WILL be Halloween themed, so if you're into that and like the spoilers buy on! (if there's enough time left..)
More importantly, Julep has released a new polish called Austen.

Color description:
Rich royal blue shimmer

You can get Austen for free with a $25+ purchase with the code AFTERDARK. I'm weak to blue polish so I ordered it and the Eyes All Aglow set!

Great deal!! I'm excited to try Austen and the Eyes All Aglow liners.

Are you picking up Austen? Have you already gotten a mystery box? Let me know!

Dupes? Julep Holly, Angelina & Phoebe

Hey!
I am continuing my possible dupes discoveries and up next is Julep's Holly, Julep's Angelina & Julep's Phoebe!

These are quickly done swatches

Okay so the breakdown of these polishes! As far as formulas go, Holly was the most sheer. It took a bit more to get a nice opaque look however it applied nicely. Angelina applied the best in my opinion, very easy to apply, opaque in one coat. Absolutely lovely. Phoebe was the thickest/goopiest but still not bad! So, they were all okay formulas but Angelina wins.

It's very hard to tell the difference between the colours but ARE they dupes? I can't really tell. What do you think?
